Yes, we collect from the factory/shipper on EXW basis, handle origin customs clearance, airlift or ship, handle customs clearance at destination and deliver to the client warehouse or premise. We handle goods on all incoterms be it EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP. We provide origin consolidation at our warehouses, packaging for export support and support with COC inspection.

We have a dedicated account manager for each client who acts as the focal point of contact for all matters. We provide access to a fully branded portal CRM to each client where unlimited number of authorized staff can monitor and track shipments real-time from any location, any device and any time. Clients can generate up to 20 reports from the CRM. Clients don't need to have any other internal shipment reporting tool as our portal is comprehensive. An escalation contact matrix is shared with the client at the start of the partnership.
